Citroen C4 1.6 HDI Turbo Problems in Gravesend
All you DIY-ers out there, if you notice something is broken or split REPLACE IT!! The split seal is from a Citroen C4 1.6 HDI that got disintegrated and got chopped up by the turbo impeller and ended up in the intercooler. Have a close look at the impeller, no wonder it was whining and whistling.
